You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and not to engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
However, errors may occasionally occur and we reserve the right to correct them at any time without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Full payment is required at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- No shipping on weekends or public holidays
Delivery Time
- We use FedEx Express
- Average delivery time: 3–4 business days after dispatch
(may vary due to customs or local courier delays)
Shipping Fees
- Calculated at checkout based on destination & weight
- Displayed before purchase is completed
Customs & Import Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees
- We are not liable for customs delays
Tracking
- Tracking number provided upon shipment
Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, return fees may apply
6. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
Returns are accepted only if:
1. Wrong item received
- Contact within 48 hours with photos
- Replacement or refund provided after verification
2. Damaged/defective item
- Contact within 48 hours with photos/videos
- Replacement or refund after inspection
Note: Shipping damage claims may require filing with FedEx
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
- All sales are final unless covered above
- Customs delays or local courier issues are not grounds for refund
- Returned/refused packages without notice: up to 30% restocking fee
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
