Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. No shipping on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
International express shipping. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use FedEx and Rincos. For certain destinations (such as Australia), Rincos may be used. Rincos operates in partnership with FedEx. If you receive a Rincos tracking number, you may request the corresponding FedEx tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Final cost shown before purchase.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country (DAP — Delivered At Place). We are not responsible for customs delays.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed after shipment. For Rincos shipments, FedEx tracking numbers are available upon request.
Undeliverable Packages
If undeliverable or refused, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
