This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on
Kim's TCG Store, operated by Ohzic International.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellation.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns unless caused by our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or damaged items after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
