Refund Policy

We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every product we sell.
All sales are final, except in the specific cases outlined below.

 

When Returns Are Accepted

1. Wrong Item Sent

If you receive a different item than ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or Instagram DM.
  • Include your order details and clear photos of the received item.
    Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Product

If the product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours, attaching photos or videos.
  • After inspection, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Note:
Kim’s TCG Store is not responsible for transit damage.
For shipping damage, please contact FedEx directly.

 

Undeliverable or Refused Orders

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal without notice may incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Important Notes

We are not responsible for customs delays or local courier issues.

If your parcel is held by customs or a local post office, please contact them directly using your tracking number.
