This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on
Kim's TCG Store, operated by Ohzic International.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellation.
Return Eligibility
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
For returns under our voluntary return policy, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Where applicable consumer protection laws provide a statutory right of withdrawal, customers may inspect or handle products to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any permitted deduction for diminished value will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us with your order details and supporting photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund or replacement where applicable. Return shipping costs for confirmed errors on our part will be covered by Kim's TCG Store.
Restocking Fee
For voluntary change-of-mind returns not covered by a statutory right of withdrawal, a 30% restocking fee may apply, where permitted by law.
No restocking fee will be charged for returns involving defective or incorrect products, errors on our part, or the exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal.
Non-Returnable Items
Under our voluntary return policy, items that have been used or damaged after delivery may be ineligible for return.
This restriction does not limit any statutory rights, including rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly described products. Any legally applicable exceptions to the right of withdrawal will be handled in accordance with the relevant law.

Contact us at contact@kimstcgstore.com with order details and photos if applicable. We will provide return instructions.
Refund Processing
For returns under our voluntary return policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, refunds will be issued within the time required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or acceptable evidence of return shipment is provided, where permitted by law.
Where required, refunds will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional delivery charges resulting from the customer's selection of a more expensive delivery option may be excluded where permitted by law.
Additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind requests. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws retain all applicable statutory rights.
Where applicable, these rights include the right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
Customers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal must notify us within the applicable withdrawal period and return the goods within the legally required timeframe. Customers may be responsible for direct return shipping costs where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.
No restocking fee applies to the exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal. Any deductions for diminished product value will be limited to those permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights relating to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable law will prevail.
