Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Are all your products genuine?
Yes. All our products are 100% authentic and purchased directly from official Korean distributors and licensed retailers. We retain official tax invoices (세금계산서) for every purchase as proof of legitimate sourcing. We never sell counterfeits, bootlegs, or unofficial reproductions.
2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. Available options will be displayed at checkout.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery times, costs, and country-specific information.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. International shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
6. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Yes. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country (DAP — Delivered At Place). We are not responsible for customs delays.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details will be emailed to you after shipment. We primarily use FedEx and Rincos. For Rincos shipments, FedEx tracking numbers are available upon request.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. A 30% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to our error. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
10. Do you offer wholesale or B2B pricing?
Yes. We offer wholesale pricing, pallet-level shipping, and long-term partnership opportunities for retailers, distributors, and trading card stores. Please contact us at pokemoncard.korean@gmail.com with your business details and sourcing needs.
11. What if my package arrives damaged or with missing items?
Please contact us immediately at pokemoncard.korean@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
