Shipping 

 We offer 2type of shipping options.

- Economy(Free) shipping (No tracking number) will usually take 14 to 35 days after shipment.

- Standard shipping (with tracking number) will usually take 14 to 21 days after shipment.

- We only offer tracking numbers when the buyers choose to deliver standard shipping option.

- Shipping will be made within 1~4 business days from payment notification.

- When a third party received an item, customers will be responsible for the wrong delivery and damaged items caused by the third party.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their country.

Tracking Information
A FedEx tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped.
You can track your shipment directly on the FedEx website.



Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or refusal upon delivery,

When Returns Are Accepted
1. Wrong Item Sent
If you receive a different item than ordered:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or Instagram DM.
Include your order details and clear photos of the received item.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


2. Damaged or Defective Product
If the product arrives damaged or defective:

Report the issue within 48 hours, attaching photos or videos.
After inspection, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Kim’s TCG Store is not responsible for transit damage.
For shipping damage, please contact FedEx directly.



Undeliverable or Refused Orders
Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal without notice may incur a 30% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
