Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for orders over $150 USD.
For orders under $150 USD, a $30 USD shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
The total cost will be shown before purchase.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their country.
Kim’s TCG Store is not liable for customs delays.
Tracking Information
A FedEx tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped.
You can track your shipment directly on the FedEx website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or refusal upon delivery,
please refer to our Return Policy for applicable terms and fees.

All sales are final, except in the specific cases outlined below.
When Returns Are Accepted
1. Wrong Item Sent
If you receive a different item than ordered:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or Instagram DM.
Include your order details and clear photos of the received item.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Product
If the product arrives damaged or defective:
Report the issue within 48 hours, attaching photos or videos.
After inspection, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Kim’s TCG Store is not responsible for transit damage.
For shipping damage, please contact FedEx directly.
Undeliverable or Refused Orders
Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal without notice may incur a 30% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
